ok, so i missed week 8 of our half share from wholesome harvest csa, but instead of catching up with that one, i’ll just skip right on to what we received this week.

i’ve been craving stuffed peppers, so those will definitely be on the menu this week (using the peppers, tomatoes, onions). i love dipping carrots in hummus, so those will be eaten that way. lettuce mix = salads. duh. and baby melon = snack time. so the mystery for this week will be how to use the beets. i might juice them!

another great week of csa veggies! :)

………………………

i had a rough day yesterday. nothing major went wrong, just a couple of little things disappointed me & then it was like everything was going wrong. it was hard to see the positive things after a while. blah.

but today is a new day, so my plan is to shake off that funk & get back to my normal happy ways!

have a great day!

I hope you do have a better day today! Unfortunately the weather won’t make it easy (unless you like cooler, rainy days).
We have been getting lots of beets in our CSA also, and I have been juicing mine with watermelon; I added a green apple this morning. Delicious!
