good morning and happy friday!! for whatever reason, i woke up and this song popped into my head immediately. it’s been a while since i’ve had that stuck in my head!
anyway, i’ve got a long day of work today and i’m also working tomorrow morning, so it doesn’t feel quite like the weekend to me yet! we’re getting close though.
when i wrote about the recent change brad and i have made to our diet to decrease our consumption of grains, i promised you a post with some of our favorite grain-free meal ideas!
we’ve made all of these meals at least once since we started reducing our grains intake (most of them many more times though!).
pizza with a ground beef “crust”
rosemary and goat cheese mashed sweet potatoes
i just made this recipe from cassie last week and i’m already excited to make it again! we changed it up a bit, adding in extra mushrooms, bell pepper, onions, and some sliced chicken sausage. it was a definite treat!
grain free eating is healthy, flavorful, and exciting! i hope this inspired you to try a grain-free meal soon, too!
