everything.

by Sarah Zinkel on February 20, 2013

i used to blog about almost everything i ate. every night i’d sit down, put a ton of photos on my computer and do a recap about my day. now it’s a huge feat to remember to photograph even one whole day of food.

i managed to pull myself together enough to take photos of everything i ate yesterday.

breakfast was my favorite starbucks breakfast: a spinach & feta wrap with a grande americano.

i was helping out with a client visit at work yesterday, so lunch was provided from panera! i ordered a you pick two with half a mediterranean veggie sandwich and a half greek salad and another coffee.

i worked out right after work and even though it was pretty low intensity, i was completely shaking afterwards. i came home and ate this hard-boiled egg as fast as i could.

see the blurry photo? seriously, i was shaking.

then i sliced up an apple to round out the snack.

dinner was a stir-fry of harvest hodgepodge veggies from trader joes, shrimp, and quinoa. i used general tso’s sauce from trader joe’s.

sorry if my blog was behaving strangely for some of you last night. i couldn’t access it when i was trying to publish this post. i’m still not sure what the problem was because i was able to access it about a half hour later. perhaps random server downtime? who knows!

I’m not the biggest panera fan, but if I do have to eat it (for work luncheons or whatever), I always get that half greek salad and then a cup of the black bean soup! So delicious. My hubby told me about that wrap at Starbucks and said it was actually pretty substantial and kept him full for a few hours!

This looks so much like my typical day! Love seeing it all. It’s so hard to remember to take pics of everything now for me, too.

Have you ever tried the pepper shrimp stir-fry from Trader Joe’s? It is my new favorite – super low in calories yet flavorful! (and you can add your own seasoning depending on what you want!)

I have been wanting to try one of those Spinach Wraps from Starbucks but haven’t yet! Sounds like they are definitely worth trying?

Geez, I can’t even remember the last time I photographed everything I ate in ONE day! Most of my WIAW posts are more of a “summary” of what I ate over the weekend just because I’m out and trying new foods (and eating too much fro-yo!) Lol

That stir fry looks amazing!! I need to try that sauce!

Love that Mediterranean Veggie sandwich, but really just for the bread. :)

I am also a new convert to the Hodge Podge Veggies from TJ’s. It is such a good mix! And frozen veggie-based stir fries and stews are my new go-to meal.
