how long has it been since i posted about my meals?
too long for sure.
and even longer since i’ve joined in what i ate wednesday…
but i’m back today!
// breakfast //
2% plain chobani, a drizzle of raw agave, and very berry cherry blend.

and coffee. always coffee.
// snack //
blue diamond mocha almonds

// lunch //
cherries, sliced bell pepper, a brat.
butt cherry.
// treat //
orange leaf frozen yogurt. i went fruity this time – pineapple & raspberry fro-yo (they were out of my favorite classic tart. boo.) with blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, boba, and almonds on top.

// dinner //
b.l.a.t.

simple, but giant salad to use up csa greens.

// drink //
old fashioned. al fresco.

breakfast, snack, and lunch have been pretty identical every single work day. sometimes the veggies with the lunch get switched up. carrots, celery, and bell peppers are my go-to choices. and the brats were an anomoly last week. we had a party pack that brad grilled up. usually i just have hummus or hard boiled eggs with my veggies for lunch.
dinners vary in their complexity. usually i go with easy options like this day’s b.l.a.t., raw veggie salads, stuffed chicken breasts, or baked salmon. recipes have not been followed lately.
