as much as i enjoy going to the gym and heading outside for my workouts, there are some days when the only thing i can manage is to drag myself down to the basement for an at-home workout.
now, don’t get me wrong, just because it’s an at-home workout doesn’t mean that my workouts don’t leave me a sweaty mess at the end.
usually, i plug my ihome into my tablet or phone and pull up pandora for some workout music. then, i pull up my workout on pinterest (i always find my at-home workouts on pinterest – my favorite is the healthy living blogs’ workouts board).
i do have some hand weights and a exercise ball, but i almost always go with body weight only workouts when i do them at home.
