if you read my post on wednesday, you knew this was coming! i had the chance to try adora chocolate calcium supplements when i was in denver for the fitness & health bloggers conference, and i loved them, so i jumped at the chance to review them on the blog & offer a giveaway for my readers!
if you’ve been reading my blog for long, you know that i take a lot of supplements.
a lot.
and it’s certainly not because i love swallowing pills! in fact, i hate it. i’m not good at it either. so the concept behind these calcium supplements is great – a delicious [non-pill] way to consume 500mg calcium (along with 250 i.u. vitamin d3 and 40 mg magnesium) for only 30 calories per disk. that’s one less pill for me to swallow every day!
additionally, the adora calcium chocolates are gluten-free, made with no artificial sweeteners, and the dark chocolate version is lactose-free.
for more information, check out the adora website or facebook page.
i have been having one disk every evening as an after-dinner treat and i’m loving it.
i prefer the dark chocolate over the milk chocolate, but i would certainly not turn down either one!
i let brad’s mom try one when they were helping us move last weekend and she was a fan of them as well.
so, now i know you’re all wondering how you can get your hands on some adora chocolates.
