best body bootcamp – week 8

i can’t believe this is the last week of tina’s best body bootcamp! the past two months have flown by!

phase 4 of bootcamp focused on power. since i had such a crazy week last week and didn’t get to do any of the full workouts from the plan, i knew this week was going to be killer…

phase 4 was intense, but it might have included my favorite workouts of the whole program. there were two full-body circuit workouts, which i loved! i also loved that i could do them at home without having to alter them much or at all.

i’ve been feeling an aversion to the gym this week & i’m not sure why. plus, it’s always nice to be in the comfort of your own home when you’re trying out new moves and looking like a fool. right?

and of course i got in a couple runs outside with the dogs this week too.

they’re getting better at running with me! :)

now i need everyone to cross their fingers for nice weather tomorrow. i’m running my first race (with kelly!) and it’s supposed to be cold and rainy. i’m barely a runner – certainly not hardcore enough to enjoy running in that.
